2011 Marks CEC's 73rd Annual Membership Meeting
Date: Thursday, March 24, 2011
Location: Audrain County 4-H Center
Registration: 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Dinner: Served from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Business Meeting: 6:15 p.m.
The Cooperative annual meeting offers an opportunity for members to vote for who they want to represent them as director of the Cooperative. Three of the nine directors are elected annually to serve a three-year term. According to the Cooperative bylaws, all directors shall have their prinicple place of abode in the district he or she represents and there shall be only one director per district.
The terms for directors Mike A. VanMaanen representing District #4, Audrain County; Carol A. Riedel representing District #5, Audrain County and Terry J. Blaue representing District #8, Montgomery County will expire at the 2011 meeting.
This is also the time for members to approve or reject any bylaw changes that may be recommended by the Board of Directors.

Directions to the Audrain County 4-H Center
In Mexico, follow Business Highway 54 South to Route D. Route D is on the right, just past Wal-Mart. OR take Highway 54 South to the Business 54 Exit (at Wal-Mart). Route D will be immediately to the left off of Business Highway 54.
Travel approximately 1 mile down Route D. Fairgrounds will be on the right.
